I really have seen some incredible improvement in my running since I began using these apps. I started with the 0-10k program, and was barely able to run the 1.5 minute intervals without feeling exhausted and out of breathe but after completing that program and getting halfway through this program, I can run way way longer and feel great afterwards. Im a little bummed there isnt a watch companion app, but its really no big deal.
